On the morning of 6^th, June, 2017, DINCO Engineering and Construction JSC solemnly held the commecement ceremony of Liberty Central Da Nang 4-star Beach Hotel Project on Lot B2.04, 01 & 02 B2.04 Vo Nguyen Giap and Loseby Street, Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. This project is invested by the Owner – Pham Ngan Nhi Ltd Company. 

This project is worth 98 billion, including 3 basements, 23 floors, and 193 rooms, and expected to be constructed within 380 days under the supervision consultancy of Core Asia Project Management Ltd Company.Scheduled to open in 2019, Liberty Central Danang Hotel is the fifth hotel under the brand chain of Liberty Central in Vietnam under the management of Odyssea Hotel Management Company, and is the first Liberty hotel in Da Nang city.
The fact that Owner selected DINCO to undertake the role of project contractor proves the absolute trust of Owner to DINCO – A potential strategic partners for all domestic and overseas investors and owners.
